Building Independence Through the Self & Match System

Join us on The Earlipoint Exchange, a conversational-style podcast where thought leaders in behavior analysis, education, and allied fields come together to explore how science meets real-world application. In this episode, we sit down with Jamie Salter and Dr. Katie Croce, co-founders of the Self & Match System, to discuss how collaborative, evidence-based tools can transform classrooms, clinics, and communities.

Listeners will gain insight into the development and implementation of the Self & Match System as a Tier 1–3 behavioral support, and how flexible, individualized systems can support self-monitoring, accountability, and independence across environments. We’ll also explore lessons learned in dissemination, training, and maintaining fidelity across diverse settings—all through the lens of practical, compassionate application.

This engaging dialogue will highlight how innovation, data, and heart can align to improve behavioral outcomes, strengthen professional collaboration, and empower learners of all abilities.

The webinar will be held on January 27, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM EST, and includes 1 BACB Learning CEU. Attendance is included free with a BehaviorLive subscription, and registrants will also have access to the recorded session on-demand for CEUs.
